We are the Communications Workers of America Local 1104. With over 10,000 members in New York State and Long Island, we represent the highest trained, professional and hardest working telecommunications technicians in the region. Our education division is comprised of New York State's most brightest and talented Graduate and Research Assistants, and our members in accounting, nursing, and communications are the best in their fields. We are more than just a union, we are community volunteers that care about our neighbors, our communities and our customers. We believe in workplace safety, so that our members make it home to their families at the end of each day. We work tirelessly, through hail, rain and snow, holidays and hurricanes.

We donate our labor to benefit those who need us most. With millions of dollars and thousands of hours donated to local charity, Local 1104 is always there to lend a helping hand.
