Season’s Greetings, this is George Bloom of the Communications Workers of America, Local 1104! The Christmas season can be a joyous time, but for some, especially the jobless and the working poor – it can be stressful. That’s why we at the Communications Workers of America want to encourage everyone listening to dig deep, give to charity – find time to volunteer - and remember the true meaning of the Christmas season… and thank you for your support in our fight against Verizon. There is no room for Corporate Greed during the holidays and be sure to donate some toys because all kids deserve a present on Christmas.

We here at Local 1104 care about our community, and we appreciate all the support we have received this year from the public and the consumers in our fight against Verizon. So many needy charities out there need our help – and it’s been a tough year for a lot of our neighbors. So please join us in doing what you can. We will have some members working this Christmas Day – so I want to thank them for their sacrifice.
